NEW YORK, NY – Mulligan Security, a Protos Company, announces that it has relocated to a new, larger office space in New York to accommodate business growth. The company, which provides high-end security guard services, as a subsidiary of Protos Security, which provides security guarding and off-duty-police services, moved from its previous offices at 2 Penn Plaza to the top floor of 7 Penn Plaza in August 2022.
The move stems from Mulligan’s growth over the past few years. The new office space is approximately 10,000 square feet and will house more than 40 corporate employees. Mulligan will leverage its new office space to provide staff with space to accommodate business growth while fostering company collaboration and culture.

“Mulligan was looking for built space near its longtime home in the Penn Plaza neighborhood,” said David Turino, Director of Commercial Leasing at the Feil Organization, the property’s landlord. “The 17th-floor unit at 7 Penn was recently renovated and wraps the north side of the building with views over Madison Square Garden next door, Seventh Avenue and Hudson Yards.”
The new office location is 9,087 square feet on the 17th floor of the 411,000-square-foot building at 370 Seventh Avenue between 30th and 31st streets. The space was previously leased to Video Corporation of America, which left the building after it filed for bankruptcy in 2020. CBRE’s Vice Chairman David Hollander and Advisory & Transaction Services Group Associate David Katz managed the transaction for Mulligan.
