Benefits Program

Mulligan has invested considerable time and money to develop a benefits plan that will provide the optimum cost/benefit relationship to retain an employee base that will best serve our clients. We are constantly researching industry statistics and patterns to know how to best secure our position in the labor market. Mulligan’s corporate philosophy is that all employees receive a comprehensive medical plan which is completely paid for by Mulligan. Our current health benefits and paid days off exceed all federal, state and city mandates.

Mulligan provides its employees a comprehensive medical plan with a prescription rider with a maximum cap on all drugs regardless of whether it is listed on the insurance company’s formulary. All employee coverage is paid entirely by the employer. Once the employee has met the appropriate eligibility period Mulligan will provide the following benefits:
